“Crazy Rooms, Great Service and the hospitality was one of a kind. The Food is Great. The Amenities are First Class. Four Tennis Courts and a View to Enjoy. This Place also has a banquet hall and Villas that are absolutely beautiful and gives a scenery to enjoy.”

“Hotel seems urgently in need of a renovation, specially bathrooms and fixtures, though the valley view room and the viewing deck do make up somewhat.
Food though is decent, is let by very confused and slow service.
Swimming pool is a complete disaster and no attempts made to clean the same.”

“We went for off season holiday. Receptionist was quite rude not caring about anything we are asking. Room keys are not working but there was no initiative to fix that we are only going up and down from ground floor to 2 nd floor multiple time to check and fix the issue. When we asked for change in room they gave us valley side room while we booked valley plus and inside room painting was going on, it was full of paint smell. Pathetic experience. Pool is not well maintained at all. They said due to monsoon they are not cleaning it.”

“Booked a Valley Plus room for the monsoon staycation and had a wonderful time. It has the best view in Panchgani. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent too. A great stay overall!”
