“Lovely Rooms, Great Service and the hospitality was one of a kind. The Food is Avreg good. But BreakFast is Good. The Amenities are First Class. Four Tennis Courts and a View to Enjoy. This Place also has a banquet hall and Villas that are absolutely beautiful and gives a scenery to enjoy.”

“We booked the Eagle's Nest tent for a night and it was good. As it is among a bit of greenery, need to be careful about insects. Overall the hotel was good but there is scope for improvement especially with respect to better maintainance of the garden areas and fountains”

“Rooms were nice...although we didnt get the hill facing one but...it was nice...but the service here is the worst which i have ever seen...we waited for an hour in the restaurent but no one cared to take our order...they didnt attend us...and after a lot of shouting at them they finally served us after an hour and that too with lots of misery...paper napkins were missing they also talked rudely to us, they served dal in a soup cup, spoons were missing etc. they were totally negligent, they didnt even care to put veg and non veg dishes separately at breakfast...it was all disgusting....worst experience...wont recommend”

“Dear Mr Javed,

Greetings of the day.

I would like to address a few things with my recent stay.
The best was the view.

The service staff to be more well trained and professional. They are speaking in a loud tone in the guests areas. No proper coordination between the manager and the server. The food orders go on the wrong table. Dosa took 20 min and once it came to the table it was not even warm but cold. The food runner has to be quick in delivering the orders for this there has to be proper coordination between the runner and the server. All I could say is that the service staff were running like headless chicken. Even I noticed that the day we checked in the Bell boy took our bags to the room and then I was surprised to see him offering me the menu and serving me lunch at the restaurant.
We also received the wrong order when we ordered room service.
The service overall was a disaster.
Buffet breakfast selection need a lot of improvement.
Service was very poor
We visit mahabaleshwar once a year and usually stay at Bella Vista.
For a change to decide to stay at Ravine but the experience was not at all good.
We stayed in Ravine in May 2019 even then the service was ok .
But this time it was even worse.
I am from the hospitality industry for almost 20 years now.
All I would say is for a 3 star property standards need to be maintained.”
