“It's a beautiful place! In fact saying so is an understatement. Location is perfect. Driving down from Mumbai is a breeze.

The rooms are very tastefully and elegantly designed. The landscaping / gardens on this property is just out of this world. Resturant decor is perfect.

I have not seen a better equipped gym in even bigger international chain hotels! Whether you are an isolation exercise only gym rat or a kettlebell swinger or an MMA / HIIT / Crossfit junkie type or just a LISS treadmill jockey - this gym has everything for everyone. In fact, they have enough exercycles (and space)to conduct a small spin class in there! (They actually don't.)

They have 4 tennis courts which they have kept accessible for everyone. It was fun getting introduced to Tennis!
On the weekends, the local school kids are coached on the courts and it's a treat to watch.

I found that the swimming pool wasn't being looked after on weekdays although they got their act together on Friday afternoon.

However, the food and the service turned out to be a mixed bag.
Parts of the menu are simply superb whereas other parts are just simply (in fact generously) put - just about ok!
The Management should take consideration of better and more competitive dining options available within a 10 minute drive of their own property.

Overall it was a superb relaxing experience. I do recommend it very strongly.”

“I stayed in the hotel from 17th Jan to 19th Jan. Apart from the brief time i spent to check in the hotel it was disappointing to say the least. Cockroaches all over the tea table area. Notified the staff on 18th Morning but no action taken. Not even a courtesy follow up. Then I called in for the room cleaning service and they confirmed that the infected area is cleaned from the roaches. Same day around 8 PM again I saw cockroaches strolling in the tea table area. Called in the reception executive and showed him. He didn’t utter a word as it was in his face to see the entire colony. I asked for refund but the hotel Management didn’t budge at all. Their reply was “the best we can do is 20% discount on total stay package”. And top it off they didn’t even speak to us or say Sorry. No reply at all. Pathetic behaviour from the management. I was travelling with my family with 2 kids. 1 less than 4 months old and other 3.5 years old. My entire experience of the vacation was blasted off to the drain.”

“Sorry to say but your hotel needs a revamp. The old decor is very depressing. Dining tables are from 70’s I guess. The tiles in the bedrooms walls are for floors and they look extremely ugly. The decor in the room looks like a movie set of 80’s films. The bathroom is dirty with toilet seats having stains, the transparent wash basin is off putting and it fills up. Your room service was sad. My friend accidentally broke a glass and informed the receptionist but even after 3 hours it wasn’t cleaned. I guess they were busy attending the wedding guest rather than the hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was rather ordinary. The view from the valley side and other amenities like gym etc is good. Otherwise it was a very disappointing stay. Considering there are new hotels coming up. You guys need to make a lot of changes and soon”
