Zeeshan Himani	“My recent stay at your hotel was a complete disappointment. I expected basic hygiene and service standards, but what I experienced was unacceptable: • The swimming pool was filthy. After just one swim, I was itching for the entire day. Clearly, the water is not maintained properly. • Room service was careless and slow, with repeated reminders needed for basic requests. • The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic—something that should never be the case in a hotel. • The basketball hoops were mounted way higher than the standard 10 feet. It looked like no one had even checked or measured it. That’s just basic facility management. • To make things worse, the breakfast served had hair in it. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
