“This hotel stay was a nightmare due to widespread uncleanliness, with rooms filled with dirt, dust, and dampness, creating a revolting atmosphere. After lot of complaining they managed to get one room changed but again not a major difference
The lobby's leaking issue presented a persistent, unavoidable nuisance. No one is there to attend you in breakfast.. one persons just ask your room number and forget you and your family
The overall poor management, indifference from staff, and severe neglect of hygiene made this one of the worst hotel experiences, strongly advising against any stay.”

“Worst service and the villas are in very worst condition everywhere there is seepage of water and the management team is very rude and says we are not responsible so dont take the villa due to water seepage and very bad smelling sofa in the villa and they didnt provide the service timely and sincerely so please avoid this worst property RAVINE HOTEL PANCHGANI”
