“I stayed at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. We paid around ₹6,800 (almost ₹7,000) for one night, but the facilities were not worth the price at all.

The swimming pool is very small and not properly maintained. It didn’t feel clean or enjoyable.

The hotel has built a tennis court, but it is useless because it is not maintained at all. It feels like a waste of space.

The pool table is broken and in terrible condition.

The only good thing was the view from the room, but apart from that, the hotel does not provide value for the money charged.

Overall, Ravine Hotel is overpriced and poorly maintained. For the amount they charge, guests definitely expect much better facilities.”

“Amazing stay bit pricey but worth the experience. We were a bug family and they had option for 4 occupancy room with all beds so it was amazing. The Manager Shah Muneer was a courteous man. They stay with breakfast which was a good option as they do provide good options although some more options would be even better.

To add they have halal food and good hot water supply throughout the day, although 1 room struggled for hot water early morning arnd 5.30 am , so ravine please clarify if the hot water is really 24 hrs or there is a few limitations

All in all very good stay.”

“We went for a meal at the restaurant. At the entrance we were told restaurant would be open for those not staying in. However as soon as we went in we were extremely rudely told that outsiders aren't allowed. When we came back to the reception, they changed their stance and said buffet is allowed for outsiders. We of course did not stay back.”
