“Booked a Valley Plus room for the monsoon staycation and had a wonderful time. It has the best view in Panchgani. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent too. A great stay overall!”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. We waited for 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or providing any service. Despite numerous attempts to get attention, no staff members were responsive. The lack of basic customer care is unacceptable. This experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for attentive service and a pleasant stay.”
