“Dear Mr Javed,

Greetings of the day.

I would like to address a few things with my recent stay.
The best was the view.

The service staff to be more well trained and professional. They are speaking in a loud tone in the guests areas. No proper coordination between the manager and the server. The food orders go on the wrong table. Dosa took 20 min and once it came to the table it was not even warm but cold. The food runner has to be quick in delivering the orders for this there has to be proper coordination between the runner and the server. All I could say is that the service staff were running like headless chicken. Even I noticed that the day we checked in the Bell boy took our bags to the room and then I was surprised to see him offering me the menu and serving me lunch at the restaurant.
We also received the wrong order when we ordered room service.
The service overall was a disaster.
Buffet breakfast selection need a lot of improvement.
Service was very poor
We visit mahabaleshwar once a year and usually stay at Bella Vista.
For a change to decide to stay at Ravine but the experience was not at all good.
We stayed in Ravine in May 2019 even then the service was ok .
But this time it was even worse.
I am from the hospitality industry for almost 20 years now.
All I would say is for a 3 star property standards need to be maintained.”

“I was the repeated coustomer of Revine..the rooms is small but view and ambiouns is very good but I was disappointed this time form fornt desk staff...amaezingly they don't need the coustomer. Not taking any fallow up....I think Revine don't need the repeated coustomer...ther is no fallow up call for booking as other resorts call the coustomer who first approch...some time people are not able to read the mail...but when u mail atleast I should inform on call..as coustomer personaly ask to inform on call..very disappointing...which type of policy is this... atleast you should call ur coustomer before take ur other booking on call.. I reqwest the owner kindly make it in practice of reception staff
So coustomers plans will not spoil... Pls mail...but do atleast one phone call of ur repeated coustomer or other. also before say yes to next booking... And pls upgrade the quality of ur tents their is hole in window and steel lock pls chenge it for security reasons.”

“We were supposed to go and stay at this property, but when we went there the 1st thing that was rude was behavior of the receptionist, he didn't wanted to be disturbed because he was doing so important job, he was watching movie.

We asked him is any room available with the view? He simply denied without thinking, we asked him can you show us the rooms available, he took us there are if he is doing a huge favor on us, and then when we reached to room to check it out, it was a very small and conjuncted lobby and it was smelling so bad.”
