“The hotel did not stand up to its reputation and rating. The rooms were very gloomy and smelly and very small compared to other three-star hotels. The AC was not working for half the day, and the hot water tap wasn't working as well. The bathroom size was so small that we could not even manage to bathe our toddler in that space. The breakfast buffet was all exhausted by the time we reached (9.15 AM, whereas the buffet should have been on until 10.30 AM). On asking, they served us some of the food items and kept saying that this is the last one left. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all. There must be better and newer properties in the area.”

“Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in,
I checked in on Friday and was mostly out of my room on Friday on Saturday 6 in the morning I heard some noise and when I searched I found a mouse in the room, we contacted room service and they told me that they will change the room but at this point I didn't wanted to wait another minute in the hotel and wanted refund which I already paid for 2 days online while booking. Me and my friends grabbed our luggage and were waiting in the lobby waiting for the management to provide resolution as the person of authority to provide refund was not available in the hotel at 6 in the morning, after some time owner of the hotel arrived and the manager informed him about the situation but he didn't had some gratitude to come and apologize for the invonivience or atleast have a word instead I heard him saying that ask them to get their refund from online. But after that we were assured by management that we will get the refund by 9:30 and after that we left the hotel and eventually we did got the refund.”
