Had an absolutely amazing experience at the hotel! ????✨ The stay was made even more special because of the excellent service provided by **Aniket**. ????????

Aniket is extremely polite, humble, friendly, and professional. ???????? From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable and welcomed. ????❤️ He was always attentive to our needs and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of. ????✨

“An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service

The excellence of this hotel is truly beyond words, and its remarkable service speaks for itself.

What impressed me the most was the way the staff handled my check-in. Even though my room was not ready at the time of my arrival, despite the check-in time being 1:00 PM, but Aniket Sir immediately arranged another beautiful and comfortable room for me. Later, at 1:00 PM, ANIKET SIR me with my original room as well. This level of hospitality and care really stood out to me.

The amenities are excellent, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the restaurant and children’s play area make the stay even more enjoyable for families.

But the most beautiful part of my stay was the breathtaking view from the room. Looking at the magnificent creation of Allah reminds you of His greatness and naturally brings the heart closer to His remembrance.

Overall, this was a wonderful and peaceful experience. Excellent service, caring staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.”

“We stayed in your hotel from 05-06 aug. Here is my review

Checkin: the ladies toilet was very very dirty. The reception opened up a room in the ground floor.
Amenities: no bathroom kit was provided. It took 4 hours to deliver it.
Room service: food is 5 star. Howver when we ordered for snacks ( reshmi kababs) i was told by a lady that my duty has finished and give a ring later. Very unprofessional and with a rude demeanour.
Checout: the trainee, a man with a french beard gave us a wrong amount and made us wait for half an hour. We had told the same person to keep our bills ready during our breakfast.He told us it will be done only when we bring all our luggage down. We felt very insulted.
The same very person said we have to pay rs 1000 more but inspite of our just one meal and details given, he was not able to produce the Rs 1000 bill. Also were charged for soda which we never took. Mr imran sorted out the matter.
No coincerage was provided to help us with our luggage at check out.
Room service: we had asked for soup, reshmi kababs and the main course. We had to waste four bif slices of naan as the room service could have simplt advised to take only one naan. Asl the strawbeery icecream served was without cream as advertised in the menu book. There was no replacement suggested and we had to go without a desert. No one asked whether we need anything more. Very very poor service when we are paying a substantial sum for our stay.
We are old customers and have been regularly visiting till 10 years ago and we have very good memories of this hotel. This time we wanted to relive the memories but it was met with rude beheaviour and inefficient service. We have decided not to come again.
