“I recently stayed at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani and was thoroughly underwhelmed. Despite its stunning location and views, the hotel's hospitality, rooms, and amenities were a major letdown.

- Uncooperative staff and poor hospitality

-The rooms were a major disappointment. Our room, which was located near the kitchen at the back side of the hotel. To make matters worse, we could smell the kitchen fumes and hear the constant noise.

- The restaurant was another major letdown. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, with small portions and mediocre taste. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganised and unfriendly.

- Poor value for money

Unless the hotel improves, I wouldn't recommend it.”
