“I have been here in February 2025 and I went with my family that is my husband and 1 year old son, opted for Valley plus room with full valley and lake view. Trust me, it is very beautiful inside room and outside. Outside garden area is also much enjoyable in the cool and breezy evenings. There is Buffett only for breakfast, lunch and dinner are “a la carte”. Also, they should consider providing ‘High Tea’ which is not happening there right now (that’s actually helpful for people coming for staycations and also, climate in the evening is something that you would love to enjoy over a cup of coffee and some chit-chat). You get wide and good breakfast menu options in buffett and there is live counter for eggs and dosa. Apart from that whatever we ordered in ‘al a crate’, food was delicious every single time. I tried from Daal khichdi, non veg main course to Chinese starters to Chinese main course. They welcomed us with fresh strawberry packet weighing around 200 gms and while departing they offered us a flower plant. I personally liked everything about hotel, good and warm welcoming staff. I would like to specially mention Mr. Ahmed for his kindness with different food offerings to my 1 year old out of care that goes beyond my expectations. Overall staff in kitchen and serving staff I found to be quite helpful. I have had some billing issues while checking out which was not getting addressed properly by staff at the Reception to which Mr. Salman (again from kitchen) had facilitated by passing on my message to right person in Reception staff which was then resolved, that is the one such bad experience but other than that, it was spotless! I also opted for Spa which was just “Okay” types. I will definitely visit this place again. Please note, above factual story is based on Off season experience (February month), Pick/Wedding season story may sound different. Check this out, well ahead of your bookings. So, Summer season is around the corner, pack your bags and go, find a peace within yourself amidst the nature’s best. Happy Travel!”
