“Overall experience is ok only room service and restauran manager was exceptionally good, However one major serious incident which took place is SPA, my husband got neck injury due to SPA services provided, stating that it's potli massage however no potli used, high pressure used over muscle tissue even after repeated request to lower down the pressure. High amount will be charge for SPA but they will give you massage as they are preparing you for some kabbadi compititon. It's is seriously painfull instead of relaxing.

Plz be very careful while opting SPA service in Ravine.”

“Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ravine in Panchgani. It’s truly a beautiful 3-star property nestled amidst year-round greenery. The location is serene and offers a majestic view of the Krishna river and the lush green valley — especially from the rooms and the garden area. It's very close to Sydney Point, which is a big plus.

The hotel gives a luxurious yet peaceful experience, with excellent hospitality and comfortable rooms. The well-maintained tennis courts, kids' zone, and vibrant surroundings filled with flowers and trees give it a "ravine in a forest" vibe. Perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

A couple of areas where they could improve: the swimming pool needs better upkeep, and room rates could be a bit more value-for-money.

Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Panchgani or Mahabaleshwar with scenic beauty and comfort, Ravine is a great choice.”
