“No central AC in the room and a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved—only perfume was sprayed, which made no difference. The room was a corner room facing the road, so traffic noise continued throughout the night. Maintenance was below average. The valley view is the only highlight.”
