“Pros:
​The Room: Stayed in the Executive Suite for 4 nights. It was spacious, pleasantly furnished, and clean.
​The View: The uninterrupted views of the Panchgani Hills from the large balcony were absolutely mesmerizing and the highlight of the stay.
​Cons:
​Service: The reception staff were unfortunately rude, arrogant, and highly unwelcoming. It really impacted the hospitality experience.
​Dining: The breakfast menu is quite limited—the restaurant does not serve eggs (like omelets or fried eggs), which was disappointing for a multi-night stay.
​Location & Safety: While it is a 20-minute walk to the Panchgani Market, walking there is unsafe. The road is narrow and completely misses a footpath/sidewalk, making it dangerous for pedestrians.
​Verdict: Great property and views, but the management desperately needs to train their front-desk team and review their breakfast options. If you stay here, plan to take a cab or drive into town rather than walking.”

“Everything was fine except items provided for Breakfast giving excuses of availability of gas cylinders. Egg item was cold Boiled egg. There are many other sources like Induction that can be used.”

“one always know what to expect from Ravine Resort and hence there was complete satisfaction. The maintenance of the gardens and flowers in the peak of summer is amazing. Rooms immaculate as ever with courteous service was a part of the deal. The restaurant also had a very good vegetarian fare. Breakfast was great as usual with the tandoori chai being their speciality.”
