WHERE DO KEEP MY LEATHERS, HELMET AND VALUABLES?
There will be a locker station to keep your leathers and helmets at the Venue, but valuables should be stored at your hotel room safe. Event organizers cannot be held responsible for loss of valuables left in your leathers.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE SHOW?

WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?
The event is being held in Panchgani, near Mahableshwar. The venue location is at the Ravine Hotel grounds.Click here
WHERE DO I PARK? WHAT IS PREMIUM PARKING.
General Parking will be provided upon ticket purchase and is located across from the resort. If you would like to park on the Ravine Hotel grounds, premium parking is available at a cost of Rs 350/day. (*Note - limited spots are avalible for Premium parking, as it will be allocated to participants on a first come first served basis. We encourage you to book your premium parking spot in advance.)
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, there will be multiple food vendors, you may purchase your food and snacks at the Stalls or at the Ravine Hotel Restaurant.
CAN I BRING MY BIKE TO THE SHOW, AND DISPLAY IT AT ONE OF THE BOOTHS?
YES, Bikes above 390cc are allowed to participate as a display bike, you will need to pay an additional fee. Please contact the event coordinator for details or the Display Bike Booth on the day of the Show. Spaces are limited so apply early.
WILL THE EVENT BE NOISY?
Yes, loud music and revving bikes will be there.
DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNTS?
No, student Discounts are not offered
DO YOU OFFER A GROUP BOOKING SYSTEM?

HOW DO I PROTECT MY MOTORCYCLE AND BELONGINGS DURING THE EVENT?
Premium Parking allows you to have all the bikes parked in a closed and guarded area. General parking is outside the resort, and will have a watchman present. *But all bikes parked are at your own risk, the Management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
WHAT WILL BAD BIKER BEHAVIOR COST YOU?
Bad behavior will result in pass cancellation, and you/ your group will be banned from the event.

WHAT ARE THE EMERGENCY SERVICES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL AND AT PANCHGANI?
We take the safety of our guests and participants as a top priority. General First-aid and Oxygen will be provided at the Hotel. There are Doctors on call and a Hospital located in Panchgani for any emergencies. Contact the Hotel staff or Front office for any questions or concerns. +91-2168-241060
WHAT IS THE BIKE BABE COMPETITION?
The Biker Babe completion will allow female Participants to participate in the event, the Judges will score based on “biker babeness” of the participants and Winners will be awarded cash and gifts.
WHAT IS THE BIKER FASHION SHOW ABOUT?
Bikers can “walk their bike” on the stage and judges will score the bikes on the best looking bike.
HOW DO I GET VIP LOUNGE ACCESS?
You will need to book one of the 3 lounge spaces at the Resort, this will give you and your group an exclusive space where you can hang with friends and keep your bikes on Display.
IS THERE ANY PRIZE MONEY IN THE COMPETITION?
Yes, each event will have a cash prize* (TBA) and a fabulous trophy.
WHERE ARE THE PETROL STATIONS?
There are 2 petrol stations close to the Resort. One in Panchgani about 1.5Km away and the 2nd one in Wai about 10Km away.
IS THERE ANY GARAGE SHOP IN CASE OF EMERGENCY?
Yes there are basic garages in Panchgani, however imported bikes are not likely to be repaired locally.
WHAT IS THE RIDING WEATHER LIKE DURING THE MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING?
The weather is pleasant and you should bring along all your gear. Expect temperatures to be in the range of 13-18 Degs in the morning, 18-27 Degs in the Afternoon, and 15-20 Degs in the evening. A light sweater is recommended.
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR HOTEL STAY IN PANCHGANI FOR THIS EVENT?

WHEN I BUY A PASS WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
A Biker pass will include access to the Party, Display Parking and Goodie bag. The regular visitors pass, includes access to view all the bikes and stalls at the event.
IS THERE A PREMIUM (VIP)PASS, AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
Premium Pass will allow a Biker to park the bike on the resort premises and visit all the daily activities.
